I previously fell for this scam on September 14, 2020 and I lost $400. Since I was scammed in Sept, the scammer has tried to repeat the scam several times but I have not responded. The scammer first disguises himself as president of my company. My company is Utility Management Services, Inc and the president's name is Brian Coughlan. The scammer tells the victim that he's in a meeting. Next, the scammer asks for my cell number and then communicates only by text (phone to phone). The scammer posing as the president tells the victim to purchase gift cards and take a picture of the card with the validation code exposed.
