Called and said my power would be shut off in 30 minutes because my bill was two months late. They attempted to get bank information and hung up when I told them I would call the company myself.

Received a phone call from (757) 593-7082 and (757) 593-3593 stating that my power would be shut off. They said that my meters were outdated and unable to be read and needed replacing but required a $298.00 payment today at a local payment center.
