Scammer called and said power was going to be turned off in 30 minutes. I was directed to press #one to make a payment or #two to talk to

a manager. I hung up and tried to call back using caller ID number. Call went to "not in service" number. I then called Xcel to report scam.

Xcel told me to file scam claim with BBB.
