He was very professional. He told me I would be disconnected if I didn’t make a payment. He game his name ( James smith) and verified my address and asked for my birthday. He game me a confirmation number. Horrible people

Cxalled stating they were from Edison going to shut off water if did not pay 495 within hour and contact financial assistance at 8557662473 told them we get all our services from Anaheim Utilities and hung up

(Bad connection) Service is being disconnected in 40 minutes, were you aware? Have not processed a payment. Can we confirm the service address? What was the amount for May? For June? Let me look for those. We found those payments but they went to the refund department due to the auto-pay expiration. Those were not applied to your account and are being sent back to you now. Your payment is still over due by (May + June), but we can lower that to (May+June * 0.75) if you can make a payment today. Payments are not accepted over debit, credit or ACH because they take 24-48 hours to process. We do accept Zelle. Please use "SDGE Company" as the recipient and wait a second, I can give you your account number for the phone number... (number that is not the account number).
