I purchased a float for my baby. They sent me a confirmation email and a tracking number. The tracking info only says on its way from Hong Kong to us be patient. That’s all it said for months. I contacted the company to ask where my float was. I got an email response back stating it must be lost in the mail they can refund me 30%. I said no send me a new one or refund me 100%. She said best they can do is 40% because they lost money too because of shipping. I said no you didn’t I paid shipping give me 100%. Then she said my address came up undeliverable so the item was returned to them still not offering a refund. I asked again for 100% refund, she said best they can do is 50% and my item was delivered. It was not delivered. She refused to refund me any more than 50% and still has yet to even do that. They stole my money and never sent me product. I have email correspondence with a lady named zoey who is supposed to be customer service.
