I paid for this on Jan 24, 2025 and it was deducted out of my account on the 27th under a Shane & CO Farms business. On Feb 5th I sent an email saying I wanted to cancel my order and wanted a refund. If they did not communicate I would report them to FTC and file a police report. They responded that it shipped and to go ahead as they are in compliance and they can’t give me a refund. I emailed back asking for a tracking number and shipping method and they never responded. I chose to let it ride and not file a report until now. It’s March 8th and no package has arrived and no refund.
