Their websites have now disappeared now but on usvinreports.com and carlookup.com, they offered to give you a VIN report on a car, like Carfax, I bought one report and months later they used my card to steal $29.16 and then $99 from my account. I did not sign up for a subscription of any sort, I bought one report. I did not authorize further charges. My bank credit card department saw it was fraid and locked my card. Now I have to wait for a new card. When I called them using a phone number on my bank statement, a representative with an email from a different messaged me a generic email saying my subscription was cancelled. On the phone they did not give any explanation or apology for using my card without my permission. They didn't attempt to give me any subscription information. It's just a scam.
