There was message on my screen that started I had trojens on my computer. It is hard for me to remember since it started in 2006. John was a foreigner and said he could sell me lifetim protection for 300.00. that was the start of a nightmare. He sold me several other so called preventive packages over the years which amounted to hundreds of dollars. I am 71 and my husband is 79 with Alzheimer's. Then yesterday a man named Edward called and said they owed us a refund in the AMT of $200.00 for the last pmt I made to them last month. And he needed to work on my computer for about an hour to increase the speed. This morning I logged in and there was none of the several programs I had bought from them. I am going through my paperwork and checkbooks tosee how much money was involved.
