Ad was made thru Walmart and promised delivery of the electric cart from Calif., Tenn, or a third state which I forget. No reference ever made to China until after I tried tracking the item. The delivery company said no record could be found for four days. On the fifth day, Jan 5,2023 the item appeared in Los Angeles and was "in transit" where it ,allegedly has been ever since. Previous attempts to locate item have failed. I asked US Service for a refund because no one could find any record of the item. I was told that US Service had found the item, that it was "in transit", and that I should wait. I went to two other sites to check tracking (both sites) had been given by US Service. Neither Site could find any record of the electric cart, I informed US Service of what I had found and asked , again, for a refund. I have not heard anything since that time. It appears that the Chinese have no intention of a refund or of delivering the electric cart. I plan on requesting help from Walmart and the credit card company.
