Unfortunately I deleted the text message before having knowledge of reporting to BBB, but it was a text message stating my package could not be delivered due to incorrect house number and with a link to update shipping address. Which redirected me to “USPS” page asking for email, address and full name, phone number, after providing that information, it will continue to ask for payment information for re-delivery fee of $3.00
