An ad popped up on Facebook showing a sale on stamps “before a price increase next month”. It seemed like a USPS address and the site seemed secure. However it should have been a red flag when I tried to login (I have a USPS account) and it wouldn’t accept my login. It advertised real stamp designs in the usual formats and designs at sale pricing. I purchased 2 books of stamps. After I finished my purchase I didn’t receive a confirmation email, only a very brief email saying “thank you for signing up”. No information was provided on tracking or options to contact them or cancel the order. I went back to Facebook and saw comments that they were a scam and then looked up further information and went directly to usps.gov, at that point I reached out to PayPal and my bank to see if I could stop payment.

Website stated it was USPS. selling all kinds on postage stamps.

Their email isn't usable anymore.

When I got them it said they came from Canada then I became suspicious.

Then after I got them. It said Hong Kong and a name I had not seen when I ordered.

When I emailed on Dec 28th. I told them I wanted my money back that they were fake per the Madisonville ky office twice .

Their response was:

Our stamps are officially issued.

What seems to be the problem.

My credit card issued me a credit but rescinded after they replied to them.

So when I was able to get a credit it was taken back.

I have contact the US postal service fraud and in line for call back.

That are still online selling stamps.

I want my money back and them off online.
