I searched on Google for USPS Mail Holding to have my mail delivery held. This popped up first and I clicked on it thinking I was on the official government USPS Postal website I had seen a few weeks earlier. I quickly filled out the information thinking it was the same official site, not paying attention obviously! (My mistake!!!) When I finished it required a $14.95 credit card payment, which I was surprised but never ha ring held my mail delivery before I thought that was just the way it was, and thinking I was on the official USPS website I put my card number in. It was when I got my receipt that I realized it didn't seem right. I quickly replied to the receipt through their support address asking for a refund, cancellation, and email response but got nothing. I went to the local US Post Office today and they confirmed that no other agencies are capable of holding mail, so this had to be fake and a scam.
