Presented like post office wanting to charge 30 cents for a re-delivery attempt because the address was insufficient. The text number has a +44 country code.

My co-worker placed an Amazon order that is shipping USPS. They received scammer text message stating their package has been delayed and they need to pay to confirm their address. They followed text message link: www.uspmodaddy.com to update address but did not enter credit card information. This site has taken the USPS logo and appears to match USPS smartphone portal. However, the web address is clearly not USPS. I included a screen shot below from our IT Server blocking the web address.
