I was trying to do a change f address with USPS for one dollar. I followed links on the site and paid with a credit card and it charged 79.95. When I wrote the email when they sent me a confirmation to cancel, it FAILED to be delivered. I will dispute with credit card company, but I had been so sure it was usps that when my fraud alert from cc came on I told them it was an ok transaction!
