I searched Google for 'usps address change' and used the first result, which was this website. I feel like an [censored] because I was so fed up with moving that I just wanted everything else done so I didn't even pay attention. I was charged $60 but the website didn't inform me that I would be charged that much.

- Tucson, AZ, USA

Like many others I was SCAMMED trying to change my address, and without thinking I clicked on the first link I seen. The website stated clear as day (USPS Address Change Post office Change of Address) at the top of the page. The website is Change-usaddress.com. Nowhere on this page or in the fine print does it say you will be charged $59.95! Tried to contact then, but unfortunately there is no phone number or anything listed. If you need a change of address please go to your local USPS office!

Online site that changes the address with USPS when you are moving and states they just need your credit card to confirm you are an actual person, they don’t say how much they will charge you and I got charged $59.95 for this. On the confirmation email I didn’t even get a receipt for this order. I Requested a refund and an order cancelation through their site once I received my credit card charge which was about 2 minutes later. They don’t have a phone number listed nor a company address.

I googled “USPS change of address” and it’s the first website that pops up. The website also has the title, “USPS Change of Address”. They charged me $59.95 just to change my address and there no way to get in contact with them. They have a “contact us” link but it’s just a form you fill out so that they can contact you.

Website disguised as USPS Address Change is asking for credit card as a form of verification for COA has charged $50 to my account and I never received email confirmation for the change of address.

- Santa Cruz, CA, USA

Thought I was just paying $1 to change my address and instead this site charged me $39.95
