Overcharged for free watch

I was overcharged for a free watch was only supposed to pay for shipping only .Then they charged me for two pocket watches and none of them work. Made in China for a Trump watch wow

I accidentally pressed a link to order while browsing this online store. It’s for Trump coins, hats. As soon as I realized the order was being processed I immediately tried to stop the process and when could not I called the business and demanded all monies returned. I also sent 2 emails stating the order was in error. I have gone back and forth with these people explaining I wanted no products and they sent the items and charged my account anyway! I asked for a management contact and they refused. They owe me $25.00 and am willing to file a criminal complaint. I refused the items when they arrived at my mailbox. The items were sent back to sender never opened and yet they are now ignoring me and keeping my money!
