Extension 120 Tony is supposed to be the head supervisor. Tony proceeded to say that he was with Best Buy and that I owed a bill 1307 dollars and $0.17 and then he would take a payment of $550 to pay it off. I proceeded to tell him that I already paid the bill in full a little over $2,000. Tony proceeded to tell me that I am a homeowner he quoted the exact amount that my land is worth. Said my son's name and that he was a homeowner and said his address. Said that my daddy was a business owner and that he owned a house. Proceeded to tell me the address of my dad's house that he that he said he owns. Was the last Residence Inn Banning California that he had lived in. Dad does not own a business and he did not have a house in his name. They would not give me their address they would not give me any information whatsoever I ask them to send out some sort of paperwork showing me he proceeded to say that I was neglectful and paying my bills and that he knew I had enough money because of the property owners in the family and that I was a liar there was a woman that answer to him previously which told me that I was unprofessional and not allowed to talk in a way that I was talking. That's where I had called back at least 7 or 8 times and every time everybody would just say hello and direct me straight to her or hello and hold and direct me to that woman I did not get her name I hung up on her every time the lady was rude and inconsiderate. She told me that she was the head supervisor and that nobody was allowed to talk to me but her and that she was going to deal with me. Just told me that I was unprofessional because it was 10 o'clock in the morning and I was not working. I hung up on her. the last time I had called that is when I had got that Tony guy. I asked Tony to mail me something so I can have some paper to look at and he told me that it wouldn't get there before Monday and then he wanted a payment before Monday he wanted his $500. And I told him that he have enough time to go down and get the postage before 5 o'clock to get it mailed. He therefore proceeded to say that he wanted a phone call Monday morning and he wanted the $500 and then I wasn't really being responsible paying my bills because this is past due over 5 years period I therefor told Tony that I had paid them over $2,000 bill to pay off in full Best Buy and then I do pay my bills. I did not appreciate the customer service I did report it to the FBI she told me to report it to ScamPulse.com which I have thank you my name was summer *** ***
