I ordered products from this company in June. It said 3-6 day shipping. No shipping confirmation email was ever sent. They haven’t replied to any of my emails to customer service and now I’m out $60.

Hismile heavily targeted ads on Instagram. I ordered and received a confirmation of receipt with a tracker. Tracker sits at preparing to ship. It’s been two months and I’ve sent 3 update requests. Received canned email responses. There is no number to call for support. My most recent request was for a full refund. So far, no response. When researching the comments, it appears there are thousands of others with this same issue. This company should be banned from us marketing.

I clicked on an ad. I purchased a teeth whitening product on November 29th that never was delivered. I paid for 3-6 day shipping. It's been 11 days since purchase. The order confirmation and tracking number sent was fraudulent. The courier never received the package. I contacted the email available from their website (no phone number). No one has replied to my inquiries on where my product is nor my requests for a refund.
