I received a phone call from a male who said he was with the federal government and that I had been selected, because of my credit and personal integrity, to receive a $9,000 Reinvestment Grant from the government. The Reinvestment Grant program was started by Obama in 2006. The first person I spoke to was a woman with a heavy middle eastern accent. She transferred me to a gentleman who said his name was Jacob Williams and he too had a middle eastern accent. I asked why all of the government employees were foreigners and he said he had been here for five years and was employed by the government. I should go to Walmart, CVS and he named a few other places, and request a voucher card. This card would cost me $200 but I would get that money back. when I had to voucher card, I was to call him back with the voucher number so they could forward the funds to me via direct deposit or Western Union, or whatever I chose.

I checked the internet, and an immigrant must be in the US for at least 5 years before applying for citizenship and non-citizens cannot work for the government.
