This is a company that collects all of your demographics with the promise of paying you to participate in research studies. It's a big fat scam. The gift cards are either never received or turned out to be useless when you get them and are not worth a penny. When I tried to do my first interview their software wasn't working so I couldn't see the interviewer's face. It was completely blocked by a big message about a new chat feature that I could not get rid of for love or money. When I said this to him, he snorted disgustedly and hung up on me. What a pig. The people who are really getting scammed here are their customers because these are not genuine user interviews. I've been in UX half my life and what they are doing is a bunch of junk does not in anyway reflect the actual fact of what user interview should be. They are straight up fraudsters and should be closed down
