I received a debt collection letter dated 01/16/2017 from an unfamiliar company located in San Marino (Italy) claiming an outstanding balance in Euros from 11/2016. Additional charges are listed and I am asked to pay the balance using a PayPal account ([email protected]).

I then received a second debt collection letter dated 02/07/2017 from a supposed collection agency called Tesch Inkasso | A company of the GFKL-Group, which says they are trying to collect on behalf of their client Usenet.nl S.r.l. Their address is listed as Tesch Inkasso Forderungsmanagement GmbH, Ahlefelder Strasse 51, 51645 Gummersbach, Germany. It also asks me to send payment via a PayPal account ([email protected]).
