On Monday June 28, 2021 I clicked on a ad in Facebook and placed an order for 2 pair of Crocs. I paid with my Discover card through paypal. I contacted Paypal when I didn't receive my purchase and the tracking information at DHL didn't change for 12 days. Paypal was going to start a dispute for me, but I never heard anything back from them. Since I paid with Discover I went to their website and started a dispute. The next day I received a package containing 2 pair of crocs. They were not the items that I ordered and were pretty obvisously counterfeit crocs. I contacted the company on the 23rd of July and requested a return label and my money back. Their response was that I should keep the clogs and they would give me 10% back. I told them that I wanted the entire amount refunded and that they should send me a return label. Their next response was that I should keep them and it would cost me way too much money to ship them back to China. I again told them it wasn't my fault and I would not pay to ship them back and they should send me a return label. They responded back with an offer of 25% money back. I told them I wanted 100% of my money, a return label and that I was starting a dispute with my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau.
