Do not use this service

I used the service to run one VIN for a used car for my son. Two months later I just happen to stumble on 8 transactions where they charged by debit card $24.95 each time. The charges weren't even monthly, they have been at least twice per month. I called and finally reached someone to cancel and get a refund. We'll see if I truly get my money back. Do not use this SCAM

Charged $24.95 twice in 1 month

Can't get to any website to fix error. Two charges of $24.95 we're made. One on 7/18/22 and another 8/08/22. That's not even a whole month. Never mind that I would never, ever agree to pay such a large monthly amount on a service I have very little use for. I want my $49.90 back. They have a phone no. # (855) 671-0972 which I called, they answered, put me on hold for over an hour so I hung up. See if you can reach them please.

I want my money back

I had someone ask me to file this report for them to get a car vin number so they could have this report because it was the "only report that gave them the right amount of information" Well wanting to sell my car a fell for it. paid their money and sent it to the customer through their texting me. Of course that didn't go through so they had to give me an e-mail address. That went through and then I haven't heard a word from them.

initiated but did not actually complete a 1 time VIN report request - got the feeling midway through this was not legitimate and left website before completing transaction. Been receiving a recurring monthly fee charge on my card. Disputed and removed. Email address to cancel was bounced back as undeliverable and the phone number the credit card company had on file went to a voicemail that said it was not signed up yet.
