In April, I responded to an advertisement on Facebook for a free Donald Trump flag when you pay shipping and handling. Unbeknownst to me, the company enrolled me in a premium political membership that allegedly offered me vouchers to a merchandise catalog for $39.97 per month. In April and May, the fee was deducted from my credit card under the name USAPATRIOTNATION. In June, they used the name WEHEARTLAWENFORCEMENT. I contacted the company immediately and they first offered a 25% refund and a credit voucher for store merchandise. When I explained that I never signed up for any membership, they finally agreed to refund 100%. The next day, I got 75% of ONE month refunded to me ($30). I once again phoned them and the guy offered me a 75% refund. When I explained that I was already promised 100% and that I know nothing about their company or their memberships and I never signed up for anything and that I would contact both my credit card company and the BBB, he said that I would get the balance in 3 to 5 business days. I will wait to see if they keep their promise of a refund.
