Customer was contacted through FB Messenger and text. The scammer's name was Nole ******. Customer was told she won $100,000 and she had to send two gift cards to equal $1,000. Customer sent two Vanilla VISA cards each with $500 on them. The scammer text and said she sent the wrong card. Customer never heard the scammer's voice. Customer called VISA and was told the money was spend at a Coach Outlet. Customer spent the remaining $13 on one of the cards. Scammer continued to text the customer for more money.
