I signed up because they claimed to be the #1 dropshipping fulfillment. However, after I spent 19.99 to sign up found that they had little to offer. So I emailed within an hour after sign-up, to cancel but they took 2 days to respond. I tried to cancel via the website, but it just tells you to contact them. I emailed saying I wanted to cancel, and a refund. They emailed back saying they wouldn't refund me and some **** about renewal which I signed up less than a few days ago. Them said to cancel through PayPal. I never paid nor signed up via PayPal, so how and why would I cancel through PayPal? I am now going to have to report fraudulent activity on my card and get it replaced. I redacted my information for privacy in the photo. Please save yourselves the trouble this is going to cause you!
