The initial advertisement pledges to approve a monetary loan of up to $1600. When called to enroll the customer service agent, who referred to himself as Donald, informed me of the terms of the agreement. These terms included an initial down payment of $175 to secure enrollment and an additional $150 to run a credit check and establish a monthly repayment amount on the requested loan. The agent then requested an additional $75 due to a poor credit rating. I was asked to purchase two Amazon giftcards and send a picture of the access codes on the back of the Amazon cards to guarantee the monetary transactions to USA Trust Loans. After doing so, they requested the additional $75 for poor credit and I immediately asked for a refund. After being insulted and threatened by the customer service agent, Donald, I asked to speak with his supervisor. Donald transferred me to his supervisor, her name was not told to me. She told me that she would send a refund check for the balances paid ($175 + $125 = $300 total) and that I would receive it in 7-10 business days. After 12 business days I contacted their customer service agent, Donald, and told him I hadn't received my refund yet. Donald then launched into an explanation informing me that I needed to send them a cancellation payment, in the amount of $75, to get my refund. I refused and demanded to speak to his supervisor. He told me she was unavailable. At a loss for what to do I decided to contact the ScamPulse.com to ask for help. I'm afraid this company may be stealing money with the promise for more money in return from many unknowing individuals and would like to see them prosecuted for their illegal activities.
