The man called saying you are approved for a $5000 loan. he has all your vital information already. address, phone #, DL #, the personals. he then says there is an email waiting, and when you do not have an email from him he takes you on a little trip to 2 other quickie loan sites, gets you to sign up for 2 credit report sites, takes it all and steal's your identity and I assume gets the loans also. you have to pay the bill and live the rest of your life wondering how else he screwed you.

very poor English, bad connection, sounds like he is hanging in the streets, bad attitude and gets pissy with you if you don't hurry fast enough.
