They use several number and can be reached on Google. They will also reach out to you by phone and text messages.they will say they will email you but once they get your email, they don't contact you through it. They will send you lawyer links saying they have a 7 day trial for 1.90l for lawyers(for tenant vs landlord) don't click the link, some of the links looks encrypted

My name is *** *** in Boise. I received a phone call this morning from someone claiming to be with a company called USA Legal Services, in Georgia. They told me on the phone that since I was a homeowner and asked for me by name, that I was due a refund on my mortgage. I told them I’ve never done business with a company named USA Legal Services. She proceeded to tell me that they handle all mortgages regarding refunds. I told her at that point that I didn’t believe her. She continued to ask me questions like “if I had a mortgage.” I said “wait a minute you just told me that I had a mortgage and was due a refund.” She continued to want me to provide who I was and other information but I continued to tell her I didn’t believe she was legit and I was not giving her any information. At that point she said I just need the information so I can get your case assigned to a caseworker and set up an appointment for them to call you back. Again I told her that I was done with the conversation, I didn’t trust her and I certainly didn’t believe her. I hung up the phone. I don’t know how far they would have taken it but I tried looking up the company while I was on the phone and couldn’t find anything. I don't know if they would have been asking about my banking account or whatever, I assume so because it was about a “refund.” It is getting ridiculous and I’ve gotten to the point where I don’t answer my home phone anymore unless I have to. May be time to give it up except then I would have to give out my cell phone number but at least on the cell I can block them. The phone number they called from was 678/451-6388. When I dialed the number back it continually rings but then gives me a busy signal.
