You should realize immediately that you are being scammed when they want your credit card info and offer to send a firearm directly to you instead of an FFA licensed dealer. That is illegal in the US and anybody ordering a firearm should know that. Caveat emptor !

I ordered a Panzer shotgun on 12/11/21, for $560. I found it suspicious that the only methods of payment were Zelle, Bitcoin or Apple Pay. Against my better judgment, I chose Zelle. I had to add What's App to my phone to be able to communicate with the seller, who claimed to be Meagan Gray at 323-538-4065. The seller contacted me later and it turned out to be what sounded like an Asian man. I have repeatedly asked for a valid email and fax number for my FFL dealer. He keeps saying he'll send it to my email, but to date, I've not received the information I requested, nor have I received my shotgun. I'm in the process of filing a claim with the BBB. It's looking like I lost $560 to this scammer. Please save your money and time... DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

- I found really good price of hand gun what I really liked.
- I click "add to cart" button (It was $260)
- message show up "A Minimum of USD280.00 is required before checking out."
- So I searching ammo.
- But I couldn't find matching size ammo from this website.
- suspicious thing :1. they sell the gun and doesn't have a matching size of ammo.
2. they don't have a sorting function from the product list.
3. their contact number is 1800 123 45 67

Yesterday, 4.28.21 I put my order in for 4 boxes of shotgun ammo at $85 per box of 100 rounds plus $20 shipping, a $360 total order and I chose CashApp as my payment method since my credit union doesn't have Zelle and I don't have any Bitcoin. It stated that I would be contacted soon for payment.

I tried to call the strange number at the bottom of the page and it just hung up. I didn't attempt to email the strange address at the bottom of the page, instead I replied to the email of my order. No response.

Today, 4.29.21 I receive a text saying (and written EXACTLY like this)

"Hello,would you like to complete your order with usa gun factory?"

I reply: Yes, of course, please! I've been trying to contact you.

Them: "got zelle set up?"

Me: I have cash app, as shown on my order. I just called and nobody answered. Please call me. Thanks

(I called the number they were texting from: 415-549-4837)

Them: "load the total funds to your cashapp balance first"

Them: "text"

Me: Hello? I'm starting to get really concerned about my order since no one will talk to me and you're only texting me it's very suspicious... PLEASE don't be a scam. I really need that ammo and am having a real hard time even finding any at THAT price.

Me: Oh no.. I thought you were a legitimate company. I'm so bummed. How can this be? Your website looked so real. I can't believe it was fake. I didn't know there was such a thing.

I ordered a desert eagle 50 cal they only want zelle or paypal so today they sent me a link i clicked on it i got a scam alert so i called my ffl dealer he said ask for first 3 digits and last 5 digits of their ffl number. if legit i should get it, however no reply. So i think i saved 1900 on this one Tom
