This online pharmacy has not provided me the products I’ve paid for after paying for the merchandise, insurance for shipping of the merchandise, and a prescription for the medication from one of their medical providers. They have collected over $600 from me and continue to request money from me via email and text after I pay for each individual thing they request for the medication. When I asked to no longer receive the medication online because I no longer trusted the company their representative called me a couple of times to change my mind. Threatened me with the possibility of authorities coming to my house for the purchase and suggested they were not going to refund me for my purchase even tho I have not received the product. Their representative tried to regain my confidence by assuring me my medication would be shipped if I paid a refundable insurance fee yet they refuse to refund me that fee even tho I never received it. They also told me the fee for my prescription would be refundable upon delivery. Again they refuse to return my money for the prescription free. The prescription was $154.99 insurance was $119.00 I’ve made 2 separate payments for $135 to rent a weightloss prescription then another $240 for the original prescription cost. I was told the insurance and prescription cost would be refunded once delivered.
