Told the check was to assist her in paying the processing fee in order to obtain release of her big money prize. Told to contact claims agent David Ross or Mary Garcia. Check has Youth Home, Inc, 20400 Colonel Glen Rd, Little Rock, AR in the upper left corner. Told not to act on notice until made contact with claims agents.
