I ordered a product in October of 2020 and have never received the item. I have sent at least 20 emails and always get the same generic email back. I went thru my credit card company and was told it was too late to get my money back. They are crooks and steal money!

I ordered an item on Dec 6th, to be a Xmas gift, I got it late January. I would not have ordered if I had known it would take that long. Once getting the item, it was the wrong size and now Im trying to figure out how to return or exchange. Anyone else been able to do this successfully?

I placed an order on Oct 6, 2020 and received shipping confirmation Oct 29, 2020. There has been no further action since then. The shipping label that was allegedly prepared was prepared in Azuza, California. As I live in San Francisco, California, I think a person on a bicycle would have reached here by now! Three attempts to contact Customer Service, including one to [email protected] received, within seconds, identical autoreplies.

Ordered a mini saw on July 3 and still not arrived trying to contact them and no reply other than form email saying delivery is taking longer. I am out $53.81. Will never deal with them again.
Not so much that is taking a long time but customer service is non existent. Try Aliexpress takes a long time but the customer service is better, or better still try amazon customer service is excellent.

Purchase on line took place June 16th 2020. I paid through PAYPAL. As of this date August 10th 2020 I have not received my product. My cost is $22.94. They took my money but no delivery. Don't fall for line 4-6 weeks for delivery because if I saw that displayed I WOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT IT. So If I am you DON'T ORDER ANYTHING through them. It is not the lost of my money it is the principle of the matter. Thieves have no place on this planet

I ordered from USA big deal in May 2020. As of July 12, 2020 I have not received my order. I have emailed them a number of times and all I get is an automated msg. from
"Emily C". I have tried to call the 1-800 # and all that is a recording and there's no way to leave a msg.

I was looking for a charger for my son's iPad tablet. Right next to items on Amazon were these ipad chargers from usabigdeal.com Powered by Shopify. Nice looking website and it was cheap, but no so cheap as to set off alarms. I got out my card info and bought the chargers. An automated response was sent to my email. Before a month I asked for a refund and to cancel the order because they had taken so long I had to go buy chargers somewhere else. They denied my refund and cancellation of the order. I asked them repeatedly to tell me where my product was in the shipping process, just kept getting the same automated response with a few changes such as the persons name. It's been 4 months and I never received my package nor an update on where it is. When I looked at the reviews I found out it's a scam company. It has hundreds of reviews with one star and the same story as me. Buy a product and never receive it.
