I received a post card in the mail today.

The directions on the card were: FINAL NOTICE Call this number to receive your $100 gift card for Walmart or Target stores. When I called 1-866-449-8533 the person said that he would send me the gift of $100 but I should allow him to charge my MasterCard with $4 for shipping. He said he could use my card beginning with 5332. I told him that I do not have a Master Card with that number beginning. My claim #49633616. He said he represented USA Benefits who are the promotional representatives for Walmart and Target. Walmart people referred me to Walmart.com and that the online promotions was their job. I did not contact anyone else but I am reporting these details to you. Mary Creegan

Tried calling card holder services and dialed the wrong number, they claim that their an organization called USA Benefits and that I won a $150 gift card but needed my debit card information to charge a $4 activation fee for the gift card. When I pressured for more information and asked questions they hung up. Tried calling back several times to get website information or to speak to someone else in charge and they continuously hung up.
