A order came in for a large amount of one type of product. We were given a credit card and the order went through. We were drop-shipping this order from Greece to Greenland. I got suspicious and did a bit of "digging", found out that the purchase had been canceled on the card. I stopped the products from shipping, so I did not have to pay for them, but never received the shipping cost back from US Xpress Movers and Logistics. I suspect that this was the game all along; for us to pay the shipping company and they would steel that money.

I have tried to get a resolution wit US Xpress Movers, but they will no longer answer my emails. They have always blamed their counterpart in Greece, for being the "responsible"party to pay us back. I sincerely hope that no one else gets scammed by this company!
