Went to google search and typed vehicle history reports. Number of sites popped up. All had same process. Add VIN number and give credit card for $1 charge. Did that. Got a report right away. My credit card got charged for $1. Then got charged for $18:95 twice for a total of $37.90. Called customer service. Lodged a complaint. Went to chat room lodged complaint there. Called again, taked with supervisor. Did this again next day. They say we will send this info to finance and they will get back. Never happens.
