Caller stated that she was with the US Treasury Legal Dept. They were calling for my daughter using her maiden name. The lady said that my 2012 taxes were incorrect and that they have been trying to reach her for several months. My daughter is married and has been filing jointly with her husband. Lady was rude and hung up on me.
