I bought a dog fromMyers in MN. They needed more money to ship puppy although I already paid 100.00, now puppy is in Phoenix AZ airport because She is lacking shots. Now they want $800.00 for vaccination. If I don’t pay dog will be quarantined for 4 mos and I will have to pay $8000.00. puppy is only 10 weeks old and shouldn’t get some shots for 6-8 months. Is there such a business as US State Gov Pet Control Dpt?
