Caller lied and said that someone from my company had previously ordered product form her company and that she was going to refill the order and we would be invoiced with 45 day terms. I asked her to confirm the name, date, department, PO or type of credit card that was used to make the previous order. She did not know and could not answer. I told her under no circumstances was she to ship anything invoiceable without authorization and a purchase order from us.
