This company will get you to make a deposit for an insanely expensive moving service, then will use every excuse in the book not to return your deposit when you cancel, even according to the cancellation requirements. They send you no copies of the contracts you "sign" over the phone, and no email notifications so you have no proof of what happened. The only way I was able to contact them again was by finding their basic no-frills website and calling the number. Zero stars, do not make the mistake I did of booking this service.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. This was truly an eye opener to the moving business. They use a sales guy to call you, tell you how great they are, take your money, then never speak to you again. I asked to speak to “John”, my salesperson the following day at least 30 times. I had been told John never told me there would be a truck at my house the first day between 8am and 10am. This was promised every time I asked after he said “don’t worry, your truck is already booked at 8am-10am.” I was then told they listened to my calls and that was never said. Then they did the same thing on day 2 and never showed and lied to my bank and said I cancelled. Yes I cancelled after they never showed or delivered any service at all! For 2 straight days nothing but runaround and lies while they will try to find the cheapest movers they can to rummage through your stuff and break things according to the other reviews.

13 1star reviews on google in the last month all saying worst experience ever, scam artist, not holding up to contracts , waiting on refunds they never receive, horrible experiences. Lied to from the beginning. Was told by Kim that my move included a month of storage at the destination and that I would have access to it. A week before the move I’m told nope, the storage unit is a warehouse I won’t have access to and is in the origin (Ie the state I’m moving out of). Day of move, no communication? I have to call and wait 45 minutes for someone to pick up as my customer service reps never answer the phone or return messages. Finally get someone whom says the movers will there midday the next day. Frustrated but dealing. 5pm rolls around and the driver calls me to tell me he’s in Albuquerque?! What?! He’s supposed to be coming from Watertown Kim said which is 1.5 hours outside Sioux Falls. WTH?!kim said the drivers could only drive 500 miles at a time?! That puts them coming Monday at the earliest. I call to cancel. Wait an hour. Lady whom says she’s the boss said the truck will be there in the evening. Said the miss communication is not their fault or problem. I say no that is unacceptable. I have children and family to consider. After she clearly could care less I ask to speak to her boss. She has the owner call me from Coral Springs. He cares even less. Lied by saying his driver spoke to my brother whom said all is good. I said really considering you don’t have his number and if you did he speaks Vietnamese. Then he turns around and denies saying that in the same conversation. He said as long as the truck gets there by the 29th it’s contract binding. So I said your telling me that you authorize your movers to drive none stop through the night and arrive late as hell and think that’s good service? Lie to, keep changing plans, keep telling me different things and think that’s good service? Whatever you do stay away from these desperate people. They will not be on time, they will lie to you, they will take your money and offer no services to you, they will cheat you, they will not communicate clearly to you or in a timely manner. They will make your move completely stressful and miserable.They threatened to show my contract online if I complained. I won’t be happy until I get my full deposit refunded.

I was contacted by this company while researching moving companies. They were highly aggressive about getting my business and had (as it turned out) fake positive reviews on their website, google, and yelp. I arranged for them to pick up my belongings. I was asked for a $1,000 deposit for moving services and $750 upon pickup. I paid the $1000 via credit card and waited until my pick up day came and went, and then the next day. No one ever came and no one from the company attempted to contact me. I called many times and was put "on hold" for hours by "customer service". I asked for my money back and was put on hold until I eventually had to hang up the phone. This is a fake company and a scam.

I got a call from this company (I have no idea how they got my information) about my upcoming move. They walked me through the process and talked prices and they seemed legitimate. I asked to call them back (so I could do some research and decide), but they then offered me a cheaper estimate if I paid a down payment right away PLUS free cancellation within 72 hours. I was like “sure, that’s safe if it’s free cancellation”. WRONG. I called 2 days later and asked for a cancellation. I had to call 5 times and demand to speak to my representative to even get thorough. Then, once I got through, I was bullied and yelled at for 5 whole minutes for wanting to cancel. Finally they agreed to cancel and send a full refund right away. It’s now Friday and I haven’t received it so I called them and they “can’t find a record of my cancellation”. They have to “look into it and call me back”. I just got scammed out of over $900 and I’m furious. Don’t trust this company, they are scam artists.

You can dispute a remote check for 90 days. Your bank will charge them with fraud. If you used visa you have 60 days. I disputed and got my $1000 back in 2 hours
