I bought a laptop charger. It took a while to get here from China but shipping is free. The charger worked at first but later failed. The company promptly refunded my money so kudos to them for standing behind their product.

I ordered a HP adapter on March 29, 2021 and I got it today. It is authentic and just want I anticipated. shortly after my order I learnt they are base out of China, so I exercised patience and never gave it a second thought, as I knew delivery would have been snail mail and any uprising there or here, will affect delivery. Nevertheless, I am well pleased with the item.

I ordered a power connector for my HP laptop pc on February 8, 2021 and paid by the PayPay in amount of $21.92. The company had great consumer reviews scoring five out of five and shipping was free. I trusted it, but it has not been delivered for a week. I tried to access its site, but it was gone. They emailed me order confirmation on Feb. 8, but there is no phone number, nor any shipping notice there when I looked it back one week later. PayPal shows Shenzhen Jing Tai Technology Co., Ltd. for seller and payment info. It looks there is No trace to find the company. It is a totally fraud and scam. Be careful!

This company is a scam. I bought a charger for my Mac Book Air. I was linked with this company through Amazon.

The charger was a knock off Apple product. I took it out of the socket and the plastic pieces surrounding the plug crumbled!

I reached out to the company for a refund. I emailed them twice. There has been no response. There isn't a customer service number either. I think the company is using the name US Power Supply to target American consumers in particular. The website and email are linked to uspowerfactory.com (different name than the website and company). This company os fraudulent. They use the cheapest parts possible. I am lucky it didn't damage my computer. Next time I will be more careful.
