On November 26, 2024, I contacted US Steel North America to

purchase a roll up door. A gentleman name William Jones

Contacted me to put my order in. He took the info on the size of

the door and the color that I needed, and he told me he will email

the order invoice detail and attached will be the payment form so I

can pay him. He advised me that the turnaround time for the roll

up door will be 4 to 5 weeks. So, I filled out the ACH form for

electronic money transfer. He got the money transferred to

JPMorgan chase. A week went by, and I tried contacting the

business because my contractor that I hired to install the roll up

door had a question regarding the installation. I called the

business and email the business for the next couple weeks with no

luck. I figured they were busy, and I will just wait for the roll up

door to get delivered. William Jones told me when it's close to the

delivery time he will send me a tracking number. It was almost

time for delivery, and I didn't hear from him, so I decided to call the

business with no luck and email him with no luck. He wasn't calling

me back or emailing me back. I went to the business website and

messaged them through their internal messaging system and

acted like I'm a new customer and they responded back to me in

matter of seconds. I told them I'm not a new customer and I acted

like new customer because they were not returning my calls or

emails, they told me it's the holidays and the office was close. So, I

asked the guy to send me a tracking number for the roll up door

and an invoice for tax purpose. He was giving the run around and

he did not provide me with a tracking or an invoice. I finally had

enough and told him if I don't get a tracking number and invoice

that he should refund me. He called me and told me since I

canceled the order that there is a process that I have to go

through, and I might get my refund, or I might not get a refund.

First of all, I never cancelled the order he decided to cancel the

order on my behalf because he couldn't provide me with a tracking

number. The reason he couldn't provide me with a tracking

number is because this business is scam, Taking money from hard

working people. I emailed him and told him if he doesn't refund me

that I have no choice to contact the police and he responds with "

the order has been cancelled, and the refund has been processed

based on the terms and conditions of the order. You will be

receiving the confirmation email when completed with the transfer

confirmation number". But it's been a week I haven't received a

confirmation or the refund.

In the last week I did my own investigation since they don't have

too much info on the website. I found two addresses for the

business one in Houston Texas through ScamPulse.com and the other in

Tempe Arizona through domain search. The Huston address

shows an empty field, and the Tempe address is apartment

building.

I contacted the IRS, and they said that the business is not

registered with them, and it doesn't have a sellers permit id

number. I came to the conclusion that this business is scam

defraud people, and business is out of their money.
