I'm filling this form out for my Grandmother Dolores who was recently called and told that she had won the Mega Millions Sweepstakes and that if she sent this person 1,000 dollars she would win 50,000,000 million. She sent 1,000 check to this person and then they called saying they wanted 3,500 more. We were able to cancel the check and they didn't take any money from her but they're still calling about documents.
