U.S. Mediation Services contacted me this morning, stating that I had legal case against me for not paying a payday loan that was 4 years ago. They read me all my info and previous addresses and accused me of writing a bad check in which I did not. They kept telling me if I did not pay by the end of the day, they would prosecute me in the parish that I reside in. The lady couldn't answer any questions that I asked and told me that I was rude. I told them that they were very unprofessional. I called back to get the proper name of the company, she hollered at me and kept accusing of me. I have had no such payday loan and never written a bad check. Even called my bank that she said the money was deposited to, they have no record of such thing. SCAM!!
