When i filed the dispute with the credit card company (bank of america), they even provided them fake proof that my transaction is valid.
They do not have any number to contact, the contact number i got from bank of america is not working number (844-559-5454).
Always login to official usps website for change of address form, they charge 1.05$ for this service.
Not sure why these people do that, you cant buy a ferrari by ripping someone 79.95$. You rip someone, you will definitely loose it elsewhere, thats the universal rule.
