US Mail Change

I was trying to change my address and the site asked for my credit card for verification without telling me that they're was gonna be a charge of $179.95. They actually tried charging me twice so I called Credit Karma who I have an account with and for some reason they only stopped one of the transactions from going through. Here is a copy of the email they sent me and I believe the email they sent it from, also my credit card statement. I just hope to get my money back. Credit Karma is also investigating it but I don't see them getting my money back.

The website looks like the USPS website. They do mention in the fine print they are not affiliated, and they legitimately put in a change of address for me. The issue is they do not tell you how much they are charging you before they charge your card. I was in a rush, and thought I was on the USPS website, expecting to just be charged $1.08 and they charged me $99.
