A guy named ray silva called stating there was a complaint going to be filed against me in us district court if i didn't call him but will not send me anything in writing. they have called my job, family friends, family members & in-laws telling them i was going to face jail time for a felony i committed. i have called them. James Allen then asked me for my credit card number to make 1 payment of 250$ today or make payments of 95$ totaling to 500$ with intrust. i told the i have no credit card only money orders and he proceeded to suggest i go to the walmart in town and buy a prepaid card to pay them, to avoid jail time.
