Company called repeatedly offering to send free toner. Later, toner arrived at our shop and we received a bill with the PO stating an employee's name followed by "verbal". Our company does not allow verbal PO's, and a purchase price was never discussed in any phone conversation. Also, the PO stated that we had payment terms with US Imaging, and we do not use payment terms for our small vendors. Furthermore, the toner shipped to us is not compatible with any of our printers.

This is a complete scam.

This company tried to invoice $600+ No matter the product. They sent only some product and tried to charge for product not ordered. They try to mask it with “gifts” but you can lose thousands of dollars if you don’t pay attention. 100% do not trust or recommend.
