US I Guruz who claim to have an A rating with BBB. They were forwarded to me from a company who caused a pop-up on my computer screen claiming that my computer had been badly compromised. I later found out that this was not Microsoft and this was from a third party who knew nothing about my computer. I gave them $149, and access to my credit card and computer network and hard drive. They said I could get a full refund for 30 days if I was not satisfied, but when I called back to get the refund, they said it was a non-refundable service. This was a major hassle, and had to wipe my hard drive and start over on my computer, as well as paying for a service I did not need.
