Caller wanted me to go to nearest Kroger or Walgreens with $200 for a security deposit (that will be reimbursed to me) in order to receive $9000 from the government (Federal ? Bank). Once I got inside the store I would call them at 315-515-4014 ext. 173, then wire the $200, and that would activate a card and I would receive $9000 on that card while they were on the phone with me. Both parties were Asian females.
